Are you putting up with daily mothering frustrations, instead of solving (and getting rid) of them? You don't have to do that!

For example...

  • The real life damage to your family when kids won't pick up their stuff. Do chores matter? What should you be expecting from your kids, anyway? Why chore charts and related tools could be your new best parenting friend.

Dear Fellow Mom,

We all started out as excited hope-filled parents, but let's be honest. As time goes on, building a family is a lot of work. Often, there are so many things to take care of each day before you are even able to enjoy your child. These everyday frustrations such as putting food on the table, paying bills, maintaining a career and taking care of your home are important, but often leave you feeling drained.

You never thought having a family would be like this.

I understand. I have been mothering for over 26 years and I still am. I have watched my 4 children grow up before my eyes and I have experienced firsthand the pain of regret over not spending as much time with my children as I could have or in the ways that could be most beneficial.

I have also experienced firsthand the positive results that can come from nurturing a close relationship with a child. I have seen how such a relationship can help a child successfully weather many of the unpredictable stages involved in growing up.

I know how much most moms long to develop lifelong, healthy relationships with their kids and I know how frustrating it is when everyday simple tasks get in the way.

That is why I created this website. As another mom who has "been there, done that", I can encourage and help you get the daily challenges of life under control so you can be free to be there with your child more.

You'll find information, products and services on this site designed to free you to be the kind of mom you long to be.

So stop trying to do everything yourself and be open to learning about tools and resources you can put to work and immediately start seeing results in your family.

There are feedback forms on nearly every page of this website. I encourage you to let me know what is working and what you could still use help with.

I'll be listening. Enjoy!

Colleen
