Are you looking for a calorie counter diary that will help you lose weight?
Then you'll be interested in one of two kinds of calorie diaries. The first is a printable
calorie counter diary, which you print out and manually use as a food log. Keep in mind the printable systems DO take a LOT of self-discipline, initiative and drive. If that sounds like you, then grab our printable calorie chart
to keep track of the calories and food you eat.
However, if you want the benefits of a calorie counter diary, but you would
like the process to be a lot easier, then keep reading. Some time ago
I was searching, just like you, for a simple solution to my extra pounds.
I wanted something that would put me back in control of my own body. I
wanted something that I could use everyday and that had proven itself
by helping lots and lots of people drop their unwanted weight.
So, like you, I searched for a calorie counter diary. I printed one out and, out of curiosity, kept looking.
What I found changed everything I had previously thought about using a calorie counter diary to get healthier.
I found My Food Diary.com. My Food Diary (MFD) is a
simple yet powerful concept. It's an online calorie chart system that
takes all the drudgery and frustration out of counting calories and
keeping a food diary and instead, delivers results. Over 90 days I lost
20 lbs. using MFD. I saw hundreds of other people doing the same.
What did I learn? Counting calories and understanding your nutritional needs works. Period.
How to start winning the weight game TODAY.
1. Make a commitment
to finding what will work for YOU. Stop jumping on the latest diet
bandwagon and start treating yourself right; healthier and with respect.
2. Join My Food Diary.com.
This site has the huge online calorie counter diary (database) you are
looking for plus all the resources you need to help yourself move
towards a healthier lifestyle.
3. Practice until you make it perfect.
Would you be mad at a toddler who couldn't run around the block the
first week he learned to walk? Of course not. Give yourself the gift of
90 days on this plan, then re-evaluate and go from there. Believe me,
you will feel different!

You can start losing weight TODAY if you
follow these proven principles. It turns out that this is a new adventure and it all starts
with you changing how you think about your body and your health.
Before you click on over to MyFoodDiary.com, I'm going to
tell you exactly what you're going to find there. Why? Because I don't
want you to be surprised, I want this calorie counter diary to work for you.
I know how frustrating it is to start something new and be disappointed.
Here are the basic parts you'll find on My Food Diary.com .
- A HUGE database of food, recipes and restaurant favorites. In
this case, bigger really is better because you need a calorie counter chart
that just won't quit. You can even add your own recipes and customize
your own calorie diary. I did this a lot because my family has several
favorite dishes we eat regularly and this feature made it a breeze to
add it to my food log when needed.
- Support, support and more support. This is crucial, as
everyone knows. But the issue is, while everyone TALKS support, how
many folks really take advantage of support? I'll be frank with you on
this one. If you're going to be successful at either losing weight or
making nutritional adjustments, you're going to need support. That's
called being human.
MyFoodDiary has an extensive forum system. Browse through it and find
the group that suits you the best. Join and introduce yourself and by
tonight you'll have new accountability partners in your quest to get
healthier. If you can't find a group that fits you to a "T", then start
one yourself. A friend of mine did this and started a little friendly
competition with her new support group.
Who knew your new calorie counter diary would come with friends?
- Useful
(and fun) graphics and gadgets. My personal favorite was the one that
read "If everyday is like today, in 3 months you'll weigh...(fill in amount)" I loved
that one! I learned quickly that days like that were easy to have and
that meant I was on the right track. That little gadget really
bolstered my confidence and kept me going strong.
What about what I didn't like about this online calorie counter diary? Well, I'll tell you that, too.
- As big as MFD's database is - and that's good - it needed to be
bigger. Really, the issue for me was with the restaurant foods MFD had
listed. It just wasn't extensive enough. Eating out is truly a struggle
for most of us who are being careful with our calories and so we really
need to know what's in those foods. I liked to look up my menu
selection before I even got to the restaurant. Making my choice ahead
of time made sure I was salivating for the right food and calories
before I even ordered my food. Much, much easier to stick with healthy,
smart choices that way, believe me!
To be fair, I will tell you that MFD has added thousands of items to
their database since I lost my weight and so I'm betting it has improved
dramatically. Bottom line, of course, is that a huge but still limited
calorie database didn't stop me from losing the weight and it won't
stop you either. For me, using an online calorie counter was so much easier than using a printable food and calories chart.
I will give you a warning that I've learned the hard way when it comes to using a calorie counter diary.
This seems obvious, but trust me, it can trip up anybody. Calorie diaries are just that, food and calorie logs. If you just have one, but don't use
it, then nothing will happen. If you find yourself saying, "this
calorie counter system just doesn't work" I challenge you to take a hard
look at how carefully you are using the chart system. I was religious with my calorie diary usage when I lost my weight.
I knew I had to change something about myself for this process to work and so I threw
myself into doing just one new thing - keeping track of every morsel
that went into my mouth each day. It was very much like keeping track
of where I spent my money.
==> Since you're searching for a calorie
counter diary, I know you're ready to make some changes. If you've already made
the decision to do something different in your life, I applaud you.
That's often one of the most difficult steps of the entire process. Now
you'll want to keep up the momentum. If you like what I've said here,
then click over to MyFoodDiary.com and look over their website for
yourself. It's professional, it's highly affordable (downright cheap if
you ask me. Have you looked into those high-priced diet plans and
centers? Yikes!!), it's extremely convenient and most importantly, it
works.
You can do this. Really, you can. Get started right now and let me know how it goes. I look forward to hearing from you.
