When you exercise during pregnancy, you want it to

  • be safe for you and your baby.
  • give you results. (Take a look at these photos). These amazed me and I've had four children!)
  • help keep you healthy.
  • help point you toward a shorter, easier delivery.
  • enable you to get your pre-pregnancy shape back as fast as possible.
  • help stabilize your moods.
But you have questions about how to exercise during pregnancy. Should you be doing
  • yoga or pilates?
